摘　　要：婴幼儿心脏手术后由于各种因素影响使机体处于应激和胰岛素抵抗状态 ,易发生糖代谢紊乱 ,对机体造成严重的后果。因此 ,临床应重视对术后患儿血糖的监测 ,以减少围手术期患儿的并发症和死亡率。Disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism is liable to occur in infants undergoing cardiac surgery due to constitutional stress and insulin resistance condition of the organism,which may cause serious consequences.Therefore,intra and post operative monitoring of blood glucose should be emphasized to reduce perioperative morbidity and mortality.
