摘　　要：后勤保障社会化改革是我军三项改革的重点内容。第 16 9医院积极稳妥地推进医院后勤保障的社会化改革 ,取得了显著成效。其具体作法是 :1努力在职工思想观念创新上求发展 ;2着力在改革关键项目上求突破 ;3正确处理好中心工作与教育效果的关系 ,改革发展与部队稳定的关系。The socialization innovation of logistics guarantee is an important content of three innovation. No 169 military hospital should have advanced safely and actively it and obtained marked effect. The specific methods are: ① seeking development hard on thought and idea of employee; ② trying to break through on innovation key; ③ correctly cope with the relation between emphases task and education result and innovation development and army stability .
