摘  要:目的 观察脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯治疗男性骨质疏松症的疗效、安全性。方法 随机对照观察脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯服用 6个月前后骨密度 (BMD)、血生化指标、骨吸收指标和骨形成指标 ,副作用等方面的变化。结果 治疗后治疗组脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯 (DS)、类胰岛素生长因子 -I(IGF -I)较治疗前分别提高 (93 75± 16 1) %、(17 71± 4 2 ) % ,较对照组明显提高 (P <0 0 1)。腰 2、腰 3、腰 4的骨密度 (BMD)较治疗前分别提高 (2 6 5± 0 6 2 ) %、(2 70± 0 48) %、(3 10± 0 41) % ,腰 2~ 4较治疗前提高 (2 82± 0 37) % ,股骨颈较治疗前提高 (2 32± 0 31) %。腰 2、腰 3、腰 4、腰 2~ 4,股骨颈的BMD上升幅度较大与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ,0 0 1)。对游离睾丸酮 (FT)、雌二醇 (E2 )、前列腺特异抗原 (PSA)则无明显影响。结论 脱氢表雄酮硫酸酯治疗男性骨质疏松症有较好疗效 ,且安全可靠 ,无不良反应。Objective\ To study the efficacy and safety of dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DHEAS) in treatment of osteoporosis in males. Methods\ Eighty six patients were divided randomly into two groups:the treatment group( n =44) and the control group( n =42). DHEAS 100mg qd was given to the treatment group for 6 months. BMD, biochemical markers of bone resorption and formation, and other serum biochemical markers were measured before and after DHEAS administration for 6 months. The side effects of the drug were also observed. Results\ The serum concentrations of DHEAS and IGF 1 were significantly increased in the treatment group, compared with the control group(93 75±16 1% versus 17 71±4 2%, P <0 01). The BMD of L2, L3,L4,L2 4 and Neck sections were increased in the treatment group, compared with control group(2 65±0 65%,2 70±0 48%,3 10±0 41%,2 82±0 37% and 2 32±0 31% respectively, P <0 05 or 0 01). No significant changes in serum FT, E2 and PSA concentrations were found in the treatment group, compared with the control group. Conclusion\ Treatment of osteoporosis in males with DHEAS is safe and effective.\;
