摘  要:本文对HFC-134a水平管内单相对流换热进行了实验研究.用实验所获数据与常用换热关系式进行了比较,计算结果表明Petukhov和Takamatsu关系式与实验数据吻合较好.本文最后用实验数据拟合出一个HFC-134a管内单相对流换热关系式,在给定的范围内,其算术平均误差为0.164%.绝对平均误差为4.968%.The experiment reported here focuses on single-phase heat transfer of HFC-134a flowing inside a 10 mm ID horizontal smooth tube. Altogether 117 local heat transfer coefficient data have been obtained. The experiment was conducted in the following conditions: Mass flow flux G from 21.97 ~54.06 g/s; heat flux q from 0.5~5.13 kW/m2, while keeping entrance pressure as 0.4 MPa. A comparison is made between the experimental data obtained and Dittus-Boelter, Petukhov,Takamatsu's correlations. A good agreement is found except the first. At the end of this paper, a new correlation is derived from these data given by the authors, whose average deviation is 0.164% and absolute deviation is 4.968% in given conditions.
