摘  要:目的 了解S-生物丙烯菊酯的毒性和致敏作用。方法 用SD大鼠进行急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性实验和亚慢性毒性实验;用NIH小鼠进行腹腔和皮下注射毒性实验;用FMMU豚鼠进行皮肤致敏试验;用新西兰纯种白兔进行眼和皮肤刺激性试验;并进行Ames试验。结果 大鼠急性经口,经皮和小鼠腹腔,皮下注射的LD50:雌性鼠分别为619、4200、584、4300mg/kg,雄性鼠分别为1100、2700、681、3690mg/kg;大鼠急性吸入LC50雌雄均>2500mg/m3(2h);兔眼和皮肤刺激强度均属轻度刺激性;豚鼠皮肤致敏率为14.3%;最大无作用剂量为13.097mg/kg;Ames试验为阴性。结论 S-生物丙烯菊酯属低毒性农药,为轻度致敏物。Objective To understand the toxicity and allergy of d - trans - allethrin.Methods SD rats were used in oral, dermal and inllalation acute toxicity tests, and also in 90 - day subchronic oral toxicity test. NIH mice were used in subcutaneous and in-traperitoneal acute toxicity tests. New Zealand white rabbits were used in primary eye and skin irritation tests. Guinea pigs were used in skin sensitization test. Ames test was done as well.Results The Lethal Dose 50 (LD50) of rats by oral test was 619mg/kg in female (F) and 1 100mg/kg in male (M), rats dermal test was showed 4 200mg/kg (F) and 2 710mg/kg (M) .Mice intraperitoneal test showed LD50 was 584mg/kg (F) and 681mg/kg (M) while mice subcutaneous test was 4 300mg/kg (F) and 3 690mg/kg (M) . Lethal Concentration 50 (LC50) of rats was > 2 550mg/m3 (F/M ) . The irritating potency both in eye and skin tests were estimated as week irritation. Allergic reactions were observed in Guinea pigs (14.3%). The NOAEL of 90- day oral tests is 13.097mg·kg-1·d-1. The result of Ames test was negative. Condusions d - trans - allethrin is of low toxicity and it is a mild allergy substance.
