摘　　要：记述中国三节叶蜂科异三节叶蜂属 1新种 :环腹异三节叶蜂 Alloscenia tricincta,sp.nov.,编制了异三节叶蜂属中国种类检索表。This is the seventh paper of the series of studies on Chinese Argidae. A new species, Alloscenia tricincta , sp. nov., is described from China. The type specimen is deposited in the Insect Collection of the College of Resources and Environment, Central South Forestry University, Zhuzhou, China. A key to known species of the genus from China is provided. Alloscenia tricincta, sp. nov. (Figs.1,2) Body length 8.6 mm. This new species is allied to A. sinica Wei, 1998 but differs from it in abdomen black with the 2nd to 4th segments yellow, front wing with a smoky macula beneath stigma and saw sheath simple. Holotype: ♀, Cheumen, 06 Ⅴ 1919, coll. E. Licent.
