输尿管气囊导管配合ESWL治疗输尿管中上段结石的体会

摘　　要：我院自１９９１年１２月～１９９３年１２月采用自制输尿管气囊导管配合国产ＫＤＥ－Ｉ型体外震波碎石机治疗输尿管中上段结石２６例，其中大部分病例的结石能推回肾盂内并全部粉碎，总有效率达９６．２％。推回肾内结石均一次震碎，结石排净率达１００％．认为在诸多的输尿管碎石辅助技术中是一种简单、安全、有效的方法。Abstract: Eswl with ureteral balloon catheters was carried out in 25 cases for middle and upper ureteral stones. In most of cases can push back of the stones into renal pelvis and were Successfully palverized in all, the total effective rate has been 96.2%. The stones of push back into renal were one─session successed, the complete expulsion rate of stones were 100%. On Variors adjuvant technique of ureteral lithotrpsy, Eswl with ureteral balloon cateters were believed to be a simple, safe, effective procedure.
