摘　　要：丹参用于常温下肝门阻断肝损伤的防治孙婧Ｚ，曲英贵，崔连斌，宋纯，李爱东，赵明（哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院普外科，哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院实验外科哈尔滨１５０００１）肝脏手术过程中常需暂时阻断肝血流，产生肝脏缺血，导致肝细胞结构和功能的改变．动物实验...The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the protective role of Danshin in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion.We divided the patients in Our hospital from3.1992￣3. 1993 to two group randomly-the treat group(TG)and the control group (CG).5 days before the day of operation,the patients of TG were given dunshin injection 20ml every day and so were before the portol clamping during operation. During the peroides of ischemia and reperfusion,We found the change of hepatic tissue in histology and electronmicroscpy is obviously lighter in the group with Danshin. Each patient had blood sampled for lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).Glutamicpyrwic transminase (GPT)、total bilirubi (TBI)and alkaline phosphatase(AkP),a signifcant decreasion in GPT.TBI.LDH.AKP was found in group with Danshin at the 3.7.14day after the operation.
