体外受精—胚胎移植治疗不孕症临床研究(附37个周期总结报告)

摘　　要：对３３例不孕夫妇所做的３７个周期ＩＶＦ—ＥＴ技术进行了总结，共采用了ＣＣ／ＨＭＧ／ＨＣＧ、ＣＣ／ＦＳＨ／ＨＭＧ／ＨＣＧ、ＦＳＨ／ＨＭＧ／ＨＣＧ和ＧｎＲＨ－ａ／ＦＳＨ／ＨＭＧ／ＨＣＧ四种超促排卵方案。取卵２２４个，平均每周期取卵６０５个；获受精卵１６０个，平均每周期受精４３２个；移植胚胎１３６个，平均每周期移植３６８个。结果有４例获生化妊娠，２例临床妊娠，均是采用ＦＳＨ／ＨＭＧ／ＨＣＧ方案。１９９７年９月２１日成功地诞生了第１例试管婴儿，男性，体重３７４０ｇ，身长５２ｃｍ，身体健康；另１例现妊娠８周。A 37 Cycles-technique of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) was carried out in 33 in fertile couples from March 1995 to July 1997.Four strategies for superstimulation ovulation including CC/HMG/HCG、CC/FSH/HMG、FSH/HMG/HCG and GnRH α/FSH/HMG/HCG were applied to treat the infertility.The results were as follows:⑴160 fertilized ova and 136 transplanting embryos were obtained among 224 ova harvested from 33 infertile women.⑵Four cases of biochemical pregnancy and 2 cases of clinical pregnancy were successful by FS/HMG/HCG strategy.⑶A test tube infant was satisfactorily born on sept.21,1997.While another one was also in good condition during 8th week of gastation.
