摘　　要：对６４例经手术或病理检查确诊为卵巢子宫内膜异位症的超声检查结果进行了回顾性分析，超声检查诊断的准确性为８９．１％，误诊率为１０．９％，诊断异位囊肿的敏感性为９０．２％。根据超声图象卵巢子宫内膜异位症分为５种类型，即均匀点状型、混合型、囊肿型、多囊型和实体型，对各型误诊原因进行了分析。This paper report ed ultrasonography of 64 cases with endometriosis of the ovary.All diagnoses were confirmed by subsequent operation and pathology. The accuracy of ultrasonographic diagnosis was 89.1%, the misdiagnostic rate was 10.9%, the sensitivity to endometriot ic cyst was 90. 2%. Endometriosis of the ovary could be divided into five types according to the features of ultrasonographic patterns. The causes of misdiagnosis were discussed.
