河北省可持续发展的评价与分析

摘　　要：本文评价分析了河北省可持续发展的形势，认为我省可持续发展中存在三大制约因素，它们是智力支持系统、生存支持系统和环境支持系统。河北省的可持续发展形势不容乐观。在今后的发展过程中，应以科技事业的发展为突破口，逐步形成“人才—科技—经济—投资”的良性循环。The writers analyse the situation of the sustainable development of Hebei Province, and hold that there are three restrictive factors for the sustainable development: intellectual supporting system, existence supporting system and environmental supporting system. The situation of the sustainable development of Hebei Province is not optimistic. In the future development, we should take foe development of science and technology as a break - through, and gradually es-tablish a sound circle of 'Talent - Science and Technology - Economy - Investment'.
