摘　　要：从 DC15 0 0 V辅助变流器的特点出发 ,针对 IGBT门极驱动单元开发过程中的一些问题 ,提出了行之有效的控制方案 ,并分析了这种驱动方式的工作原理及特点。试验结果表明 ,该方案很好地满足了 DC15 0 0 V辅助变流器的控制要求。Starting from the characteristics of DC 1 500 V auxiliary converter, an efficient control scheme of IGBT gate drive unit is proposed for the solution of some problems during development. Working principle and features of the drive unit are analyzed . Test results show that the scheme reaches the control requirement of DC 1 500 V auxiliary converter.
