机车车辆动力学性能试验数据采集与分析软件的研制

摘　　要：围绕我国机车车辆牵引动力国家重点实验室的滚动振动试验台测试系统数据采集与分析软件的研制展开研究。软件采用C语言编程 ,其特点是适合本测试系统大容量、多进层、实时存储与处理的要求。该软件主要由数据采集模块、多进程处理模块、实时数学运算工具模块、数据格式转换与网络通讯模块、常规动力学参数处理模块等组成。利用该软件及专门配置设计的测试系统硬件 ,先后完成了国家自然基金项目 2项 ,国家“八五”攻关项目 6项 ,部级项目 4项 ,国际合作项目 1项等重大实验任务的测试与分析。The paper studies the testing system of rolling vibration testbed of locomotive and car traction power state key project laboratory, data acquisition and analysis soft ware. Program made with C language, the software meets the testing system needs of large capacity, of multi-levels, of real-time store and data processing. Data acquisition order fell into two kinds of data acquisition mode, one is to give sampling order to the scanning data acquisition system consisting of HP3852 predominatingly, the other is to give to the real-time data acquisition system, HP3565 predominatingly. This software is composed of data acquisition module, multi-proceeding data processing module, real-time math calculation tool module, data format conversion and network communication module, and routine dynamics parameters processing module. Using this software and the specially outfitted testing system hardware, we have completed test and analysis projects, such as two of State Nature Fundation projects, six State Eighth Five-year Plan key technology projects, four ministry level grade projects and one international cooperation projects.
