再论大斜度定向井的井眼净化问题

摘　　要：从天 6 2 - 4井井斜角 41°～ 43°井段井眼净化不好引发起钻遇卡、憋泵及消除这一井下复杂情况的实例出发 ,引申论述定向井及水平井的大井斜角井段井眼不清洁的危害、岩屑床形成的原因及其影响因素 ,介绍清除岩屑床、提高井眼净化程度的途径 ,并警示井斜角 30°～ 6 0°的斜井段是井眼净化危险区 ;岩屑床形成容易清除较难 ,预防形成岩屑床需从多方设法 ,清除岩屑床则需积极主动对待。建议重新定义大斜度定向井 ,推荐大井斜角井段井眼达净化程度的指标 ,推荐“融钻进与清除岩屑床为一体”Taking well Tian 62-4 as an example,for poor hole cleaning,sticking is often occured in hole deviation 41°～43°.The paper expounds the endangerment of poor hole cleaning for high-angle directional well/horizontal well,causes of forming cuttings bed and their influence factor.The path is presented to clear away cuttings bed and improve hole cleaning degree.Meanwhile,the paper proposes the deflecting well section of 30°～60° is the danger zone of hole cleaning.And prevention forming cuttings bed is very important.For forming cuttings bed is very easy,removing is difficult.
