大庆原油混兑俄罗斯原油加工的可行性分析

摘　　要：为探索依靠现有生产装置和工艺流程加工俄罗斯原油的途径和可行性，哈尔滨石化分公司进行了大庆原油混兑俄罗斯原油加工的实验。文章介绍了实验中常压蒸馏装置主要工艺参数、混兑加工数据和物料平衡情况，并对实验进行了总结分析，认为炼油厂现有技术手段可满足加工混兑原油的技术要求。Seeking the way and feasibility of processing Russian crude using the existing production facility and technological flow diagram the Branch of Harbin Petrochemical Co. carried out an experiment of processing Daqing crude blent with Russian crude. Introduced the main experimental technological parameters on atmospheric distillation unit,technical data and material balance for processing blent crude. Summarized and analyzed the experiment result. Concluded that by the means of existing facility of the plant it is possible to meet the technical requirement of processing blent crude.
