摘　　要：通过对催化裂化装置的 C1 30 1海军黄铜冷却器腐蚀失效原因的分析 ,采取了喷涂 Zn- Al复合金属涂层和阴极保护的防护措施。经 3年实践证明 ,该防护措施抑制了冷却器的海水腐蚀 ,防护效果较好。The corrosion cause of chiller C1310 with naval brass tube bundle in catalytic cracking installation was prospected and analyzed. The Zinc-Aluminum metal coating and cathodic protection were used. During 3 years service,it was found that the protection measures restrained corrosion for chiller in sea water. The design was proved to be effective.
