摘　　要：江汉油田水电厂所属各泵站存在出口节流多，供水单耗超标、大排量、低扬程等问题，针对这些问题，通过大量的调查研究，提出了改善水泵运行工况点，减少水泵低扬程汽蚀，全面调整供水运行方案，实现供水泵站经济运行等具体建议和措施，实现用水管理专业一体化，提高用水管理水平。In the report, the group points out that there are some problems existing in the pump stations of water plant of J. H. Oilfield, such as large displacement, low lift of water. And it also puts forward helpful suggestions and measures for improving the managing level of water.
