利福定在家犬体内的药物动力学

摘　　要：本文用反相高效液相色谱方法测定体液中利福定的含量。比较了健康家犬与胆瘘术后家犬的药物动力学参数的差异。家犬口服150mg利福定,胆汁平均排泄量为11.8mg。实验表明肠肝循环对药物动力学参数有很大影响。Reversed phase HPLC method was used for the determination of rifandin in biological fluids. Difference of pharmacokinetic parameters between healthy dogs and the dogs with biliary fistulae was found to exist. After oral administration of 150mg of rifandin, biliary excretion was found to be 11.8 mg. It was shown that entero- hepatic circulation played an important role in deciding pharmacokinetic parameters.
