摘  要:研究人参茎叶皂甙(GS L)对正常和高脂饲养大鼠实验模型的脂质调节及对血清丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果表明:GSL能阻止正常饲养大鼠血清总胆固醇(Tch)和甘油三酯(TG)的升高;降低高脂饲养大鼠血清和肝组织Tch、TG、磷脂、β-脂蛋白的浓度及脑组织Tch的沉积;并增加血清、肝组织、脑组织高密度脂蛋白含量,抑制血清MDA升高。Effects of GSL( ginsenosides of stems and leaves) on regulating lipid and suppressing malon-dialdehyde contents in serum were demonstrated in normal and high cholesterol diet-fed rats in this paper. Total cholesterol was determined by ferric salt acetic development process; phospholipid was determined with ammonium molybdate sodium acetate development process; β-lipid protein was measured by heparin manganese turbidimetry; HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride were measured according to American Centrifichem Company's directions. Malon-dialdehyde in serum was determined with thiobarbituric acid(TBA) by the method of Oh kawa; protein electrophoresis in serum was measured with agarose gel, sepharose gel electrophoresls. The results demonstrate: GSL can reduce serum total cholesterol, triglyceride contents and increase in the ratio of HDL-C-to total cholesterol in normal diet-fed rats; ,and reduce total cholesteral, triglyceride, phospholipid and β-lipid protein contents in serum, hepatic, as well as decreased total cholesteral in brain, while increase in the ratio of HDL-C-to total cholesteral. GSL can also suppress malondialdehyde contents in serum in high choleterol diet-fed rats.
