小腿中段离断再植保留足的活动功能方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :小腿中段离断再植保留足活动功能研究。方法 :常规断肢再植的同时将离断肢体远段失神经支配的肌组织切除 ,只保留肌腱 ,切取髂胫束条桥接远端肌腱和近端肌组织 ,术后即行足被动伸屈活动 ,同时做相应肌组织的主动收缩锻炼。结果 :治疗 3例 ,平均随访 2年 5个月 ,足背伸跖屈肌力达 - ,踝关节活动度接近正常 ,肢体短缩垫高鞋底后步态基本正常。结论Objective:To research how to reserve foot function after replantation of amputated leg.methods:The author first made conventional replantation of amputated leg,then cut off the nerveless injury muscle in the amputated limbs,resected off a section tensor fascia lata,and use it to replace of the muscle which had been injured.Meantime,postoperation functional exercise of the ankle was carried out,at the same time,the patients took an active contraction exercise of the relevant muscle.Results:3 patients were treated with this technique and followed up for a period of 2 years 5 months.The extensive and flexsive muscle strength reached Ⅲ～Ⅳ with satisfactory ankle function,therange of motion ankle and the step of curtailing leg was restored nearly to normal,conclusion:the technique is an effective method to reserve foot function after replantation of amputated leg.
