摘　　要：将软件开发技术引入地理信息系统的开发中 ,系统分析了构件 GIS开发的技术体系 ,并建立了构件 GIS的框架结构 ,从而解决了目前构件 GIS之间存在极大封闭性的弊端 ,为面向领域复用 GIS构件提供了一种新的开发思路 .最后 ,将此开发方式应用到镇江市历史街区保护规划管理信息系统的开发实践中 .The technology of software exploitation was brought into the development of GIS. The technology structure of component GIS was analyzed systemically and the system structure of component GIS was established, so that the shortcoming of the great occlusion existing in the present component GIS was overcome, and a new kind of idea about the exploitation of reusing component GIS facing the field was provided. This exploitation model has been applied to the exploitation of the information system about protection and management of the history block of Zhenjiang City.
