预磁化对攀钢钛磁铁矿分选效果的影响

摘　　要：采用磁选柱分选攀钢选矿厂的含钛磁铁矿 ,结果表明 ,对钛磁铁矿预磁后用磁选柱选分比不预磁的精矿品位、产率、回收率皆有显著提高 ,因此 ,用磁选柱选分钛磁铁矿应先预磁处理。Magnetic separation column is used in separating titanomagnetite ore in Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co.'s concentrator.The results have shown that the grade,yield and recovery of the concentrate of premagnetized titanomagnetite ore treated with magnetic separation column are all remarkably improved compared with those of the concentrate of nonpremagnetized ore.Therefore,titanomagnetite ore should be premagnetized before treatment by magnetic separation column.
