摘　　要：根据苯磺酸氨氯地平在 0 .0 3mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液 (pH =4.7)中稳定的性质 ,提出了药物中苯磺酸氨氯地平含量测定的新方法———紫外分光光度法。检测波长为 3 65nm ,苯磺酸氨氯地平浓度在 12 .0～ 90 .0 μg/mL范围内 ,服从朗伯—比耳定律。用于药物中苯磺酸氨氯地平的测定 ,结果与部颁标准 (试行 )WS 0 5 1 (X 0 43 ) 94基本一致。A new method of determining amlodipine besylate in medicine with a violet spectrophotometry was introduced,based on amlodipine besylate being stable in 0.03mol/L potassium biphosphate.The measured wave length is at 365 nm,and the Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 12.0～90.0μm/mL.The determined results are in agreement with those of the Chinese pharmacopoeia's method(WS 051 (X 043) 94).
