摘　　要：本文根据工业化过程的一般规律 ,利用比较优势理论 ,分析了当前阶段扩大粮食进口是提高我国经济福利水平的内在需求 ,而加入世贸组织是扩大粮食进口的外部推动力量。在此基础上 ,重点讨论了粮食进口的经济风险和政治风险 ,并给出了风险评价的量化指标。In accordance with the general rules of industrialization and the comparative advantage theory,this paper reveals that increasing grain import at present is the domestic demand of improving the welfare level in China,while entrying WTO is the motive power of increasing grain import externally. Furthermore,economic and political risks of the import are especially discussed and the quantitative measures of those risks are developed.
