摘  要:研究了在电磨损条件下 ,压力变化对复合材料磨损性能的影响。结果表明 :在纯机械磨损、电磨损条件下 ,复合材料的磨损量均随磨损时间线性增大 ;在纯机械磨损时 ,复合材料的磨损量与压力成正比 ,而在电磨损条件下 ,复合材料的电磨损量随压力的增加呈U形变化 ;复合材料的电磨损与极性有关 ,正刷的磨损量大于负刷。The influence of pressure on wear loss of composites under electrical near condition is studied. It is concluded that under conditions of pure mechanical and electrical wear, the wear loss of composites increases linearly with wear time. Under pure mechanical wear condition, wear loss is proportional to pressure, and under electrical wear condition wear loss varies with increasing pressure in the shape of U. The electrical wear loss of composites has a bearing on polarity, that is to say, the wear loss of a positive brush is higher than that of a negative brush.
