不同来源西瓜枯萎病的致病力差异

摘　　要：温室苗期接种鉴定表明,来自我国不同西瓜产区的西瓜枯萎病菌(Fusariumoxysporum f.sp. niveum)其致病力存在显著差异;同一来源的西瓜枯萎病菌经不同的葫芦科作物和不同抗性水平的西瓜寄主繁殖后其致病力无显著变异;西瓜抗病品种具有抗侵染能力。Obtained results from seedling stage inoculation in green-house indicat that there are significant pathogenic differences among isolates of Fusarium ox?sporum f. sp. niveum collected in different areas of China. There is no significant pathogenic differences among the populations propagated from same isolate on different cucurbit species and watermelon host with different resistance level. Resistant cultivar seems to prevent the infection of the pathogen, however, the machnism of resistance to Fusarium wilt in watermelon should be further investigated.
