摘　　要：本文分析了在通用数控系统中实现在线测量与控制功能所存在的问题 ,通过引入“条件短路”功能指令等 ,使数控系统的多种在线测控问题经零件编程即可解决。文中以外圆磨削在线测控零件尺寸为例 。The problem that realize on-line measurement and control function in general NC system is analyzed,By establishing“Condition short circuit”function instruction,etc.the problems in various on-line measurement and control can be solved only by programming part program.Take the external cylindrical grinding part size of on-line measurement and control as example.The realization principle of this function is explained in detail in this paper.
