摘  要:通过XPS研究了被氧气毒化后LaNi4.7Al0.3合金的La、Ni、Al元素价态的变化,采用氢离子枪溅射刻蚀,获得了元素价态随深度的变化信息,结果表明,在表层生成物为La(OH)3、LaH2、Ni、NiO、 Ni2O3、Al2O3。当溅射到0.4min时, O的谱峰发生了较为明显的变化,γ相的Al2O3增多,α相的Al2O3减少。当溅射到2.0min时,合金的内表层 Ni2O减少,NiO增多,合金的氧化程度减轻。当溅射到10min时,出现了金属La。可见,表层氧化较充分,随着深度的增加,氧化程度减轻。X-ray photoelectron spectra for the La, Ni, Al of LaNi4.7Al0.3 after poisoned by oxygen have been studied. After argon ion sputtering, the change of La, Ni, Al, O core level spectra with XPS sputter depth has been obtained. La(OH)3, LaH2, Ni, NiO, Ni2O3, Al2O3 were observed at the surface. Ols core levels changed after sputtering time of 0.4 min, γ-Al2O3 increased, α-Al2O3 decreased. Ni2O3 decreased, NiO increased in subsurface layer of alloy after sputter time of 2 min. Metallic La appeared after sputter time of 10 min. This indicates that the oxygenate of element's at the surface is serious. The oxygenation of elements is mitigated with the increase of depth.
