摘　　要：财政运行机制的优劣对诱发与防范金融风险具有至关重要的作用。在中国转轨型经济体制下 ,财政风险与金融风险联动 ,为此 ,应该从健全财政体制与优化财税政策入手 ,化解与防范金融风险与金融危机。The condition of public finance has strong effects on finance risk.In the turning economic system,public finance risk and finance risk appear together.Unless we reform public finance system and regulate public finance policy,we can not thoroughly cure compound finance risk.
