摘  要:本文对含石墨粉的二相流体润滑剂的压粘特性进行了研究。选择两种油样(石墨0.5%、石墨1.0%)在两种温度下(40℃,100℃)进行测试,最高压力100M Pa。结果表明,含石墨的润滑剂仍为牛顿流体,其压粘关系满足Barus方程,油样的粘度大,压粘系数也大,温度高时,压粘系数变小。In this paper, the pressure-viscosity performances of two-phase-fluid lubricants adding graphite powders are studied. By selecting two kinds of oil samples (graphite powders : 0.5% and 1.0% ), the performances are measured under the temperature of 40℃ and 100℃ respectively, and the maximum pressure is 100MPa in the experiment. The results show that the lubricants adding graphite powders, whose pressure-viscosity relations meet the Barus' equation basically, are also Newtonian fluid. The higher the viscosity, the bigger the pressure-viscosity coeffident and the viscosity-pressure coefficient becomes smaller with temperature rises.
