珠海电厂700MW机组超速限制系统特性分析

摘　　要：结合珠海电厂 2× 70 0MW 1号机组进行的 4级甩负荷试验 ,分析了该机组电超速保护装置(OPC)的设计特性 ,论述了电超速保护回路的设计要求。该机组甩负荷试验结果表明 ,OPC的设计虽然通过若干电子环节 ,但在转速回路中引入功率不平衡的补偿 ,不仅具备汽门快关的功能 。Combined with 4-stage load rejection testing of unit No1 (700MW) at Zhuhai Power Plant, the design characteristics of overspeed limiting system of said unit has been analyzed, the design requirements of the overspeed limiting system discussed, the load rejection testing shows, though a number of electronic loops were designed in the said system, but the power nonequilibrium newly introduced to compensate the speed circuit not only enables the governor valve to be fast closed, but also ensures the system to have good response to load rejection under various load conditions.
