摘  要:分别从AB5 型贮氢合金的种类、结构和吸放氢原理 ,叙述了AB5 型贮氢合金的特点和性能 ;综述AB5 型贮氢合金取代元素研究的进展 ;从冷却速度、退火处理、合金粉碎工艺、机械合金化法等方面分析了影响合金粉性能的各方面因素 ;详细讨论了表面包覆、表面还原处理和氟化处理、热碱处理、酸性处理等改善合金粉性能的各种方法 ;并就在合金粉或电极中添加导电剂、表面活性剂或其它添加剂对提高电极性能的作用加以详细的论述。经过改进 ,AB5 型合金贮氢量从250mAh/g提高到325mAh/g,电池容量从1.0Ah提高到1.5Ah。The properties and performance of AB5 hydrogen storasge alloy were described in the views of the alloy types, construction and the mechanism of hydriding/dehydriding; The development of substituent elements investigation was reviewed; The factors that affect the alloy performance were analyzed, such as cooling speed, annealing, pulverizing, mechanical alloyage, the encapsulation, fluoration, hot alkali treatment and acid treatment which can improve the alloy properties were discussed in details; The effects of conductive additives, surface active agent or other additives which were added in the alloy p owder or electrode were also introduced. The hydrogen storage capability of AB5 hydrogen storage alloy was increased from 250 mAh/g to 325 mAh/g. The capacity of cell was increasecl from 1.0 Ah to 1.5 Ah.
