摘　　要：介绍大亚湾核电站技术改造的政策、管理控制和特点，通过对核电站技术改造管理方法和特点的分析，进一步提高技术改造的质量和管理水平，为其它核电站技术改造提供参考和借鉴。： The policy on， management，control and features of retrofitting project of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant are briefed． Through the analysis of management method and features of nuclear power plant retrofitting，the quality and management level of retrofitting are improved，providing the reference and experience for the retrofitting of other nuclear power plants．
