摘　　要：针对国内目前中小型终端变电所存在的问题,从安全、可靠、实时而又经济的角度出发,提出了采用AT89C51新型单片机控制的具有语音提示功能的倒闸自动操作控制系统方案;给出一具有4个主要用户的终端变电所倒闸自动操作系统原理框图、关键部分电路及程序流程图。Based on the problems existed in middle and smal l domestic substations and taken the safety,accuracy,reliability, and economy in to account,this paper proposes a plan of a power-switch auto-operation system with voice function controlled by AT89C51 microcomputer,and presents a set of op erating principle,the key circuits and program flow charts of a small terminal s ubstation with 4 main users
