摘　　要：运用美国 CAESAR- 管道应力分析软件 ,结合原设计资料、历年运行情况、故障情况、现场测绘等资料 ,对苏制 2 0 0 MW锅炉高过及部分主蒸汽管道在改造前后的冷、热态应力及热位移进行了分析计算 ,提出了改进措施并予以部分实施。Based on the original design data,operation report,failures and detailed site survey,the CAESAR-Ⅱ software imported from US is used to evaluate and calculate the thermal stress at hot and cold state,the related heating displacement at high temperature of Superheater and some part of live steam pipeline of the 200MW boilers before and after equipment modification.Proposals for modification are given.
