摘  要:本文通过对2Cr13不锈钢用膏剂法 B-V,B-Al 共渗过程中各种影响因素和试验研究,探索出其动力学条件.得出:渗剂中稀土元素在适宜的工艺条件下具有明显的催渗作用;渗剂中的 KBF_4对活性原子的扩散渗入起重要作用.渗层厚度与温度呈指数规律变化,与时间成抛物线关系变化.本文还从理论和试验方面对渗层的形成过程进行了分析.在此基础上对 B-V,B-Al 共渗机理进行了初步探讨.In this paper,we studied the kinetics of B-V and B-Al co-permeating on 2Cr13 stainless steel by the experimental investigation on the influencing factors of the co-permeatings.The results showed that the rare earth elements in the co-permeating agents had obvious catalyst effect on the co-permeating.The KBF_4 in the co-permeating agents had accelerating effect of permeation on the activated atoms as well.Under proper technological conditions,the depth of permeating layer had an exponential relation with permeating temperature and a parabolic relation with permeating time.We also analyzed the growth of permeating layer from theoretical and experimental aspects and through these analyses we made a preliminary study on the B-V and B-Al co-permeating mech- anism
