脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：利用脉冲染料激光器治疗了 1 617例鲜红斑痣患者，并从年龄的大小、皮损类型、面积大小、发生的部位及副作用进行了分组观察研究。其年龄小、淡红型皮损，面积小、发生于颈部、面部偏侧者疗效显著。 1 617例中仅有 1例下唇发生轻度增生性瘢痕。由此认为脉冲染料激光是目前治疗鲜红斑痣安全有效的方法。One thousand six hundred and seventeen patients with port wine stains were treated with the pulsed dye laser in the Laser Center. The patients were analysed according to the ages of patients type, size and location of the lesions, and side effects of the treatment. It was found that the therapeutic effect was better in patients with younger age, the lesions with light red color, small size and located on the neck and one side of the face. Mild hypertrophic scar occurred in one patient among 1617 patients treated. The conclusion is that the pulsed dye laser is a safe and effective method for the treatment of port wine stains.
