氟骨症患者体内维生素E与硒水平的研究

摘　　要：作者测定了煤烟污染型氟中毒病区氟骨症患者血清维生素E(VE)及硒(Se)水平。结果发现,氟骨症患者VE水平降低(P<0.01),而硒水平则较非病区健康人为高(P<0.01)。同时还测定了病区和非病区的粮食及居民膳食中的Se水平,发现病区粮食和熟食中的硒水平则较非病区为高。这些结果提示,氟中毒患者机体抗氧化能力低下;而硒水平较非病区高可能和摄取水平有关。In fluorosis area,the content of vitamin E and Snd selenium in serum of skeletal fluorosis were experimented in 1987, 1988 and 1989. They were compared with serum of healthy group in non-fluorosis area of this county.Meanwhile, the Se levels of hair of skeletal fluorosis, grain of fluorosis and non-fluorosis area weremeasured, the Se levels of diet residents of two experimental areaThe results showed that the VE in the serum from patient with skeletal fluorosis was lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.01);The Se levels in the serum from patient with skeletal fluorosis was higher than that of the healthy group (P<0.01); of The Se levels in hair and serum were parallel each other; The content Se in grain and diet of fluorosis area was a little higher than those of the non-fluorosis area(P>0.05).
