氟骨症患者血清脂质过氧化物及维生素E水平的研究

摘　　要：本文对燃煤污染型氟中毒患者与正常人血清脂质过氧化物(LPo)及维生素E(VE)水平进行了检测。结果表明,氟中毒患者血清LPo水平明显高于正常人,而VE水平低于正常人。LPo升高提示氟骨症患者体内脂质过氧化作用增强,而VE水平低下则表明机体抗氧化能力降低。这一结果为氟中毒的研究提供了一个新的线索。The Contents of LPo and VE in Serum from patient with skeletal fluoros iswere experim ented. They were compared with serum of health gvoup.The LPo levels in the serum from patient with skeetal fluorosis were higher than that of the healthy group (P<0.01).The VE levels in the serum from patient with skeletal fluorosis wer elower than the levels healthy group(P<0.01).The dccreased VE levels and the increased LPo in skeletal fluorsis indicated that the antioxidation in body was low.
