溃疡散对实验性胃溃疡的保护作用及机制

摘　　要：通过对大鼠四种胃溃疡模型进行实验 ,以观察溃疡散对实验性胃溃疡的保护作用。结果显示溃疡散能明显抑制多种实验性胃溃疡的形成 ,作用随剂量增加而增强。其保护作用的机制与增强胃粘膜保护因素和减少对胃粘膜的损伤因素有关。The protective action of Kuiyangsan on experimental gastric ulcer is observed by experimenting on four kinds of model rats. It is shown that this medicine can greatly inhibit the formation of several kinds of such ulcer and the effect is improved with increased dosages. Its mechanism is to increase the protective factors of gastric mucosa and decrease the injuring factors.
