核素心血管造影在心脏病诊断中肺持续显影问题

摘　　要：某些先天性、获得性心脏病以及一些血液循环速度较快或较慢的正常人,在放射性核素闪烁摄影(简称核素连影)中均会出现类似的图像—肺的持续显影。本文将76例受检者的核素造影进行对比及综合分析,从中找出规律性,针对肺持续显影问题归纳总结出5方面诊断要点。其目的是减少误诊、提高对心肺循环疾病诊断的准确率。The author noticed that there were similar continuous visualizations of lung in radionuclide anglo-cardiography in sonde patients with congenital, acquired heart diseases and some normal persons with comparatively quicker or slower blood circulation.76 such cases were collected, compared, analyzed and some potential rules were found. The author concluded 5 main diagnostic Points in this article which might be helpful to increase the accaracy in diagnosis of heart diseases.
