氯化磷酸三钠复方消毒剂杀灭微生物效果的检测

摘　　要：氯化磷酸三钠复方消毒剂含辅助成分五氧化二磷与表面活性剂，为白色粉末，含有效氯３．４４％。为了解其杀灭微生物效果，进行了载体定量杀灭微生物试验。结果，以其含有效氯１６０ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液作用８ｍｉｎ．对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率≥９９．９７％，好于单纯氯化磷酸三钠（＜ ９９．９４％）。以其含有效氯２０００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液作用３０ｍｉｎ对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达１００％；其含有效氯５００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液作用１５ｍｉｎ，可将不锈钢片表面ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性破坏。有机物对其杀菌效果有一定影响。The Compound Disinfectant of Chlorinated Trisodium Phosphate contains adjuvants phosphorus pentoxide and surfactant. It is white powder containing 3.44% available chlorine. In order to know its germicidal efficacy, carrier quantitative germicical test was carried out. The results showed that its solution containing available chlorine 160 mg/ L with a 8 min contact time killed>=99.97% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strips, which was higher than the killing rate produced by chlorinated trisodium phosphate alone (< 99.94%). Its solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg / L with a 30 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strips and its solution containing available chlorine 500 mg /L with a 15 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on surface of stainless steel coupon. The organic substances had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy.
