摘　　要：研究 1-乙酰基佛司可林 (1-aF)混悬滴眼液对清醒兔及人眼内压 (IOP)的影响及相关副作用 .将 1-aF配制成 1%混悬滴眼液 ,一侧眼滴 1-aF ,另一侧眼滴溶媒对照 ,用气动式非接触眼压计测IOP ,并观察药物的副作用 .结果 :1% 1-aF滴眼液滴眼给药后 ,显著降低兔IOP ,最大至 0 2 9kPa ,作用持续约 3h ;但对自愿受试者给药后 ,其作用不明显 . 1-aF对兔及人基本没有眼局部刺激反应 .结果表明 :1-aF能降低正常兔IOP ,但对正常人IOP作用不明显 ,基本没有眼局部刺激反应 .To investigate effects of l% l-acetylforskoin (l-aF) suspension eye-drops administeredtopically on intraocular pressure (IOP) in rabbits and men, and observe the local irritation of the drug. l% l-aF suspension eye-drops was prepared and was instilled into one of eyes while the corresponding vehicle into the contralateral eye as control. IOP was measured by pneumatonometer before and after administration. l%1-aF suspension eye-drops sig nificantly reduced IOP in rabbits reaching the maximum reduction of 2 2 mmHg and lasting at least 3 hours. But it didnt show significant effects in men. There was little local irritation neither in rabbits nor in men. l% l-aF suspension eye-drops significantly reduced IOP in normal rabbits, but not in men. No local irritation was observed in rabbits and in men.
