摘  要:为了建立急性心肌梗塞动物模型 ,2 0只实验兔于无菌条件下开胸结扎冠状动脉左前降支 (LAD) ,并观察心电图 (ECG)、血清心肌酶及其同工酶的变化 .结果 :术前描记心电图均正常 ;结扎LAD即刻有 7只 ,30min后有 9只兔可见ST段抬高 ,心电图呈现动态变化 ;结扎LAD后 2h有 2只兔心肌梗塞图形不典型 ,2只术中死亡 ;术后 4周 18只兔心电图描记均可见胸导联有病理性Q波 .结扎LAD后 2 4h ,血清心肌酶AST ,LDH ,LDH - 1,CK ,CK -MB明显升高 ,与术前比较 (除LDH外 )均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) .结果表明 :该法操作简单 ,重复性好 ,形成梗塞可靠 ,术后可长期饲养 ,为临床冠心病的实验研究提供了一个有价值的动物模型 .Objective an experimental animal model of acute myocardial infarction (ANI) was established by opening chest and ligation of the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery. Methods a total of 20 rabbits were opened chest and ligated LAD under sterilization. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial-enzymes in blood serum were investigated. Results ECG of all rabbits showed normal before operation. Irmediately after and 1/2 hour after ligation, ST-segment elevated and ECG showed ambulatory changes for 7 and 9 rabbits respectively. Two hours after LAD ligation, the change of ECG for 2 rabbits was not typical and 2 of them died during experiment. Four weeks after operation, ECG of 18 rabbits showed the chest leads had pathologic Q waves. Twenty-four hours after LAD ligation, AST, LDH, LDH-1, CK and CK-MB in blood serum were significantly increased. There was significant difference compared with before operation (except LDH) (P<0 0l). Conclusions:The method was simple and well repeated. The formation of myocardial infarction was reliable and rabbits were maintained for a long time after operation. It provides a valuable animal model for the experiment study of coronary heart disease.
