昆明市居民荨麻疹螨因素过敏的调查

摘　　要：对昆明市居民按工作单位随机整群抽取 172 8个样本进行问卷调查和尘螨浸液皮肤点刺实验 .结果 :荨麻疹中 ,螨因素过敏患病率为 2 5 5 % .对该病患病率有关的 3个因素进行分析 ,结果表明有家族过敏史及吸烟是本病发病相关的重要因素 .A questionnaire survey and skin prick test were conducted among l?728 people selected randomly from work unites in Kunming residents to investigate urticaria with mite allergens. The results demonstrated that urticaria patients with positive skin test reaction extraction of Dermatophagoides farinae were 0 8%. Allergic family history and s moking were two important related factors with allergic urticaria from the result of relevant f actor analyzing.
