2型糖尿病患者血清果糖胺测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病患者血清果糖胺 (fructosamine ,FRU)的变化及意义。方法 :用比色法测定 6 8例 2型糖尿病患者及 5 2名正常对照组的血清FRU ,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果 :血糖控制在 7.0mmol/L以下患者其FRU含量与正常对照间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而血糖控制不良组 (>7.0mmol/L) ,其FRU与正常对照间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,在控制不良组中其FRU与血糖明显呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :FRU的测定对 2型糖尿病诊断。Objective:To study the change of serum fructosamine(FRU) and its clinic value in 68 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Concentration FRU were measured by colormetric method in 68 patients with type 2 diabeties and 52 controls.Results:In 20 patients the glucose was controlled under 7.0 mmol/L ,FRU was within normal range;In another 48 patients glucose was uncontrolled,FRU was significantly increased as compared to the controls( P <0.01) and both were correlated( P <0.01).Conclusions:The results suggest that concentration of FRU was of value in estimating and monitoring the curative effect in typeⅡ diabetes.
