摘　　要：本文报道了因耳和头颅外伤引起听骨链中断,导致高频率传导性聋3例,临床上常误诊为神经性聋而得不到正确治疗。本文重点讨论了听骨不全中断有效的诊断方法。High frequency conduction deafness may be caused by stricture, atresia or tumor of the external auditory canal, or by an incomplete interruption of the ossicular chain; the latter often can not get a correct treatment owing to misdiagnosis. The author presents three cases of high frequency conduction deafness, which were due to an incomplete interruption of the ossicular chain caused by trauma of the ear or skull and were once misdiagnosed as nerve deafness. There is also a brief discussion.
