摘　　要：目的　研究东北天南星的化学成分。方法　利用溶剂分配法、硅胶柱层析进行成分提取、分离。运用IR ,MS ,1H NMR ,13 C NMR ,DEPT ,1H 13 CCOSY ,1H 1HCOSY及标准品对照等 ,结合文献对比确定其结构。结果　从东北天南星块茎中分离得到4种化合物 ,分别为 :2 甲基 3 (Z 丙烯酸甲酯基 ) 6 亚甲脲基 3 烯 氢化吡喃 [2 methyl 3 (Z methylpropenoateyl) 6 methyleneurei do 3 ene hydropyran ,Ⅰ ],甘露醇 (mannitol,Ⅱ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterol,Ⅲ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol,Ⅳ )。 结论　化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ为首次从该植物中发现 ,其中化合物Ⅰ为首次鉴定的新化合物。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the Rhigoma of Arisaema amurense Maxim.METHODS The chemical constituents of Rhigoma Arisaema amurense Maxim.were isolated with silica gel chromatography and their structures were identified by means of IR,MS, 1H NMR,DEPT, 13 C NMR,DEPT, 1H 1H COSY,DEPT 1H 13 C COSY,respectively,in some case by direct comparison with authentic samples.RESULTS Four compounds were obtaioed and identified as 2 methyl 3 (Z methylpropenoateyl) 6 methyleneureido 3 enehydropyran(Ⅰ),mannitol(Ⅱ), β sitosterol(Ⅲ),Daucosterol(Ⅳ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were first obtained from this plant,and compound Ⅰ is a new compound elucidated for the first time.
