摘　　要：目的　提高枸橼酸西地那非片的体外溶出速率。方法　分别考察药物粒度、稀释剂、崩解剂和粘合剂对枸橼酸西地那非片体外溶出度的影响。结果　枸橼酸西地那非片在溶出介质 0 .0 1mol·L-1盐酸中崩解时限小于 2 ,10min时药物已溶出完全。结论　用优选处方制备的枸橼酸西地那非片溶出性能良好 。OBJECTIVE To improve the in vitro dissolution rate of sildenafil citrate tablets.METHODS The effects of the granularity of drug,the thinner,the disintegration and the bond to the in vitro dissolution of sildenafil citrate tablets were studied.RESULTS The disintegration time of sildenafil citrate tablets was shorter than 2 minutes with complete dissolution within 10 minutes in 0.01 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid.CONCLUSIONS The sildenafil citrate tablets which were prepared with optimized prescription had the excellent quality of dissolution and have achieved the quality of Viagra.
