摘 要:采用放射配基结合法检定了正常家兔心肌细胞膜β肾上腺素能受体(β受体),观察和分析了心肌缺血/再灌注时心肌细胞膜β受体及儿茶酚胺含量的动态变化,初步研究了丹参对再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用。结果表明,心肌缺血40分钟及再灌注4分钟,β受体的最大结合容量(Bmax)明显升高,并显示再灌注损伤发生在缺血40分钟以后,多种研究指标均可见丹参对心肌组织具有明显的保护作用。Using the radioligand binding assay, we identified the membrane betaadrenoceptor in rabbit's myocardium. Bmax of the beta-adrenoceptors and the content of catecholamine were investigated dynamically. Basic research was made about the protection of Danshen on the ischemia and reperfusion injury of myocardium. The results showed that Bmax of beta-adrenoceptors were increased significantly after 40min of ischemia and 4min of reperfusion and reperfusion injury happened after 40min of ischemia. Several indices suggested that Danshen remarkably protects the rabbit's myocardium from the ischemia and reperfusion injury.
